Calumet Terminal

A crucial milestone for the Whiting Refinery Modernization Project is the brand new Calumet Terminal, a state-of-the-art asphalt facility. The Calumet Terminal will be the primary asphalt distribution hub for our Rail and Truck Customers previously served out of the Whiting Refinery. The new site, a former steel mill, is ideally suited for industrial development because of its access to transportation, including river, railroad and nearby interstate highway connections.

The Calumet terminal can supply product by truck, rail and barge. This complements the rest of our asphalt terminal network, which provide convenient locations for truck loading.
